All work will be preceded by a detailed quote provided to the client before any intervention begins. Express acceptance of the quote, whether verbal, written or by conclusive conduct, constitutes authorisation to carry out the agreed work. MBR Almería reserves the right not to start any work without such prior acceptance.
We offer a 1-year warranty on any coding or retrofit work performed. The warranty covers exclusively the work carried out by MBR Almería and does not include damage resulting from subsequent tampering by the client or third parties, nor from non-approved hardware installed in the vehicle.
Services are carried out using official Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools. We are not responsible for damage resulting from prior modifications not disclosed by the client, third-party hardware installed in the vehicle, or misuse of the functions activated after the service. Use of our website is at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the inability to access it.
Services carried out in Almería city have no travel cost. Work outside the city or province will carry an additional travel surcharge, which will be agreed with the client beforehand and included in the quote.
For remote assistance, the client must have the necessary hardware, a stable internet connection and remote assistance software (TeamViewer or AnyDesk). If the client does not have the vehicle's coding software, MB Retrofit Almería will provide it under the agreed conditions.
By using this site, you agree not to carry out any illegal activities or activities prohibited by these Terms, not to infringe the intellectual property rights of MB Retrofit Almería or third parties, and not to use our site to spread malicious content, spam or computer viruses.
